The Australian College of Trade provides three short courses essential for the Hospitality Industry. They are Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) , Basic Food Handler Training (SITXFSA101) and Food Safety Supervisor (SITXFSA101 and SITXFSA201).

Participants enrolling in the Basic Food Handler Training are advised to have a A VSN (Victorian Student Number) or a USI (Unique Student Identifer) to ensure this subject is credited for further study.
