Agent Appointment and Monitoring

ACOT will only use Agents who have a current Agent Agreement in place and who are observing the conditions set out in that agreement and ACOT's policy on Managing and Monitoring Agents. The performance of every Agent is to be evaluated on an annual basis before their contract is renewed.
